Among all Pennsylvania counties, Centre County had the highest percentage of its Hispanic or Latino of All Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (46.52%), followed by Allegheny County (44.39%), and Clarion County (44.10%).
