Among all Pennsylvania counties, Elk County had the highest percentage of its Hispanic or Latino of All Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (67.26%), followed by Cameron County (57.69%), and Warren County (56.42%).
