Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 306,556 Arizona Black Alone population, 90.12% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 276,280 people), and 9.88% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 30,276 people).

The following age groups of the Arizona Black Alone population had the highest percentage of their population group without a health insurance coverage: the 19 - 64 Years age group (12.52%), followed by the Under 19 Years age group (7.25%), and the 65 Years and Over age group (0.66%).
