Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 3,272,288 Georgia Black Alone population, 86.60% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 2,833,814 people), and 13.40% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 438,474 people).

The following age groups of the Georgia Black Alone population had the highest percentage of their population group without a health insurance coverage: the 19 - 64 Years age group (18.67%), followed by the Under 19 Years age group (6.35%), and the 65 Years and Over age group (0.84%).
