Indiana Black Alone Population - Health Insurance Coverage Status By Age Group in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)
Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 615,308 Indiana Black Alone population, 90.40% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 556,207 people), and 9.61% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 59,101 people).
The following age groups of the Indiana Black Alone population had the highest percentage of their population group without a health insurance coverage: the 19 - 64 Years age group (13.08%), followed by the Under 19 Years age group (5.79%), and the 65 Years and Over age group (0.68%).
