Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 1,334,005 Michigan Black Alone population, 93.48% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 1,247,032 people), and 6.52% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 86,973 people).
