Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 20,645 New Hampshire Black Alone population, 90.02% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 18,585 people), and 9.98% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 2,060 people).

The following age groups of the New Hampshire Black Alone population had the highest percentage of their population group without a health insurance coverage: the 19 - 64 Years age group (14.62%), followed by the 65 Years and Over age group (2.70%), and the Under 19 Years age group (1.49%).
