Ohio Black Alone Population - Health Insurance Coverage Status By Age Group in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)
Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 1,407,693 Ohio Black Alone population, 92.05% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 1,295,733 people), and 7.95% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 111,960 people).
The following age groups of the Ohio Black Alone population had the highest percentage of their population group without a health insurance coverage: the 19 - 64 Years age group (11.26%), followed by the Under 19 Years age group (3.99%), and the 65 Years and Over age group (0.96%).
