Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 18,570 South Dakota Black Alone population, 85.01% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 15,787 people), and 14.99% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 2,783 people).
