Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 7,945 Vermont Black Alone population, 93.92% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 7,462 people), and 6.08% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 483 people).

The following age groups of the Vermont Black Alone population had the highest percentage of their population group without a health insurance coverage: the 65 Years and Over age group (7.03%), followed by the 19 - 64 Years age group (6.11%), and the Under 19 Years age group (5.80%).
