Ranking of Nevada Counties By Number of People and Percentage of Population With No Health Insurance Coverage in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Nevada population without a health insurance coverage was 11.28% (i.e. 340,894 people). Percentagewise, among all Nevada counties, Pershing County had the highest percentage of its population with no health insurance coverage (12.52%), followed by Clark County (11.91%), and Esmeralda County (11.11%).

In numerical terms, Clark County had the highest number of people without a health insurance coverage (262,738), followed by Washoe County (46,685), and Carson City (5,857).
