Percentagewise, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its population with no health insurance coverage (33.25%), followed by Rolette County (27.76%), and Dunn County (19.65%).
In numerical terms, Cass County had the highest number of people without a health insurance coverage (10,859), followed by Williams County (5,071), and Burleigh County (4,873).
