Percentagewise, among all Pennsylvania counties, Juniata County had the highest percentage of its population with no health insurance coverage (13.04%), followed by Mifflin County (12.62%), and Lancaster County (11.69%).
In numerical terms, Philadelphia County had the highest number of people without a health insurance coverage (117,045), followed by Lancaster County (63,682), and Allegheny County (48,277).
