According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the birth rate for Florida was 10.72. Duval County had the highest birth rate (14.04), followed by Hendry County (13.87), and Hardee County (13.71). On the other hand, Sumter County had the lowest birth rate (3.82), followed by Glades County (4.52), and Charlotte County (5.9).
