According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the birth rate for Florida was 9.58. Hardee County had the highest birth rate (13.19), followed by Okeechobee County (13.03), and Hendry County (12.69) On the other hand, Sumter County had the lowest birth rate (3.62), followed by Glades County (5.42), and Charlotte County (5.47).
