According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the birth rate for Louisiana was 12.29. Vernon Parish had the highest birth rate (17.4), followed by Tangipahoa Parish (14.83), and Beauregard Parish (14.41). On the other hand, West Feliciana Parish had the lowest birth rate (6.76), followed by St. Helena Parish (8.44), and Jackson Parish (8.5).
