According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the birth rate for Montana was 9.85. Roosevelt County had the highest birth rate (17.31), followed by Treasure County (15.72), and Big Horn County (15.38) On the other hand, Sweet Grass County had the lowest birth rate (5.7), followed by Daniels County (6.02), and Powell County (6.16).
