According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the birth rate for Oregon was 10.31. Morrow County had the highest birth rate (14.09), followed by Malheur County (12.87), and Marion County (12.74) On the other hand, Gilliam County had the lowest birth rate (6.41), followed by Lake County (6.6), and Sherman County (6.97).
