According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the birth rate for Utah was 17.79. Duchesne County had the highest birth rate (22.49), followed by Cache County (20.23), and Uintah County (19.5) On the other hand, Piute County had the lowest birth rate (6.68), followed by Daggett County (7.97), and Summit County (11.44).
