According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of births for Florida was 223,734. Miami-Dade County had the highest number of births (31,573), followed by Broward County (22,120), and Hillsborough County (17,446) On the other hand, Lafayette County had the lowest number of births (61), followed by Glades County (66), and Liberty County (71).
