According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the number of births for Ohio was 134,059. Franklin County had the highest number of births (18,242), followed by Cuyahoga County (13,858), and Hamilton County (10,665) On the other hand, Morgan County had the lowest number of births (132), followed by Vinton County (134), and Harrison County (135).
