According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2012, the number of births for Washington was 86,710. King County had the highest number of births (24,478), followed by Pierce County (11,444), and Snohomish County (8,906) On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of births (21), followed by Columbia County (26), and Wahkiakum County (32).
