According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the number of births for Washington was 88,947. King County had the highest number of births (25,667), followed by Pierce County (11,484), and Snohomish County (9,853) On the other hand, Wahkiakum County had the lowest number of births (25), followed by Garfield County (31), and Columbia County (31).
