Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the White Alone population in Alaska was 494,334 and represented 67.02% of the total Alaska population (737,626).

Among Alaska counties, Anchorage Borough had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (200,694), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (80,873), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (78,601). Yakutat City and Borough had the lowest (251).
