Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Asian Alone population in Hawaii was 536,185 and represented 38.43% of the total Hawaii population (1,395,199).

Among Hawaii counties, Honolulu County had the highest number of people who identified as Asian Alone (425,684), followed by Maui County (46,391), and Hawaii County (42,163). Kalawao County had the lowest (7).
