Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Asian Alone population in Massachusetts was 460,655 and represented 6.75% of the total Massachusetts population (6,827,280).

Among Massachusetts counties, Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Asian Alone (192,300), followed by Norfolk County (77,337), and Suffolk County (71,922). Dukes County had the lowest (154).
