Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the White Alone population in Missouri was 5,082,043 and represented 82.96% of the total Missouri population (6,125,986).

Among Missouri counties, St. Louis County had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (679,285), followed by Jackson County (491,176), and St. Charles County (358,434). Worth County had the lowest (1,958).
