Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the White Alone population in the United States was 242,228,437 and represented 78.31% of the total US population (309,327,143).

Among all US states, California had the highest number of people who identified as White Alone (27,665,770), followed by Texas (20,457,312), and Florida (14,833,341). District of Columbia had the lowest (253,637).
