According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 80,233 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Iowa, which was 2.52% of the total Iowa population.

Polk County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (17,387), followed by Woodbury County (7,797), and Marshall County (4,066). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: Wayne County (1), Adams County (7), and Ringgold County (17).
