According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 179,127 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Ohio, which was 1.52% of the total Ohio population.

Franklin County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (41,871), followed by Cuyahoga County (29,971), and Hamilton County (15,754). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: Vinton County (5), Monroe County (11), and Morgan County (22).
