According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 179,810 people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races in Ohio, which was 1.52% of the total Ohio population.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races (28,660), followed by Franklin County (27,695), and Hamilton County (11,672). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races were: Monroe County (20), Vinton County (26), and Noble County (46).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - Two Or More Races, Lorain County had the highest percentage (3.71%), followed by Sandusky County (3.28%), and Fulton County (3.08%).
