According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 56,320 people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Iowa, which was 1.77% of the total Iowa population.

Polk County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (11,643), followed by Woodbury County (4,557), and Scott County (4,174). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone were: Adams County (13), Ringgold County (22), and Audubon County (26).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - White Alone, Buena Vista County had the highest percentage (5.86%), followed by Marshall County (5.34%), and Muscatine County (4.55%).
