According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,561,518 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Texas, which was 5.36% of the total Texas population.

Harris County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (344,762), followed by Collin County (188,365), and Fort Bend County (181,522). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone were: Roberts County (0), Motley County (0), and Loving County (0).
