According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 5,362,156 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in Georgia, which was 50.06% of the total Georgia population.

Fulton County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (404,793), followed by Cobb County (369,182), and Gwinnett County (310,583). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone were: Taliaferro County (591), Webster County (1,136), and Clay County (1,143).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, Fannin County had the highest percentage (92.23%), followed by Union County (91.94%), and Towns County (91.80%).
