According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Alaska was 1,697; and represented 0.31% of the total Alaska voting-age population.

Anchorage Municipality had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (772), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (197), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (173). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area (0), Wrangell City and Borough (0), and Lake and Peninsula Borough (0).
