According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in New York was 70,808; and represented 0.44% of the total New York voting-age population.

Queens County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (15,982), followed by Bronx County (13,544), and Kings County (12,394). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Hamilton County (0), Allegany County (0), and Essex County (4).
