According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Illinois was 17,528; and represented 0.18% of the total Illinois voting-age population.

Cook County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (11,448), followed by Lake County (862), and Will County (810). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: White County (0), Shelby County (0), and Scott County (0).
