According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Maryland was 15,314; and represented 0.32% of the total Maryland voting-age population.

Prince George's County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (4,329), followed by Montgomery County (2,638), and Baltimore city (1,992). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Garrett County (5), Queen Anne's County (24), and Talbot County (25).
