According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in North Carolina was 18,474; and represented 0.23% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (3,387), followed by Wake County (2,224), and Cumberland County (1,831). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Tyrrell County (0), Gates County (0), and Alleghany County (0).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Hertford County had the highest percentage (0.95%), followed by Cumberland County (0.72%), and Hoke County (0.53%).
