According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Ohio was 11,711; and represented 0.13% of the total Ohio voting-age population.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (3,146), followed by Franklin County (2,097), and Hamilton County (862). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Vinton County (0), Van Wert County (0), and Pike County (0).
