According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Missouri was 72,440; and represented 1.52% of the total Missouri voting-age population.

Jackson County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (22,354), followed by St. Louis County (7,958), and St. Louis city (4,268). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Scotland County (0), Worth County (4), and Schuyler County (4).
