According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Pennsylvania was 320,477; and represented 3.10% of the total Pennsylvania voting-age population.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (91,253), followed by Berks County (33,469), and Lehigh County (33,465). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Cameron County (19), Sullivan County (23), and Potter County (23).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, Lehigh County had the highest percentage (11.46%), followed by Berks County (10.03%), and Philadelphia County (7.14%).
