According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Washington was 319,951; and represented 5.31% of the total Washington voting-age population.

King County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (74,700), followed by Yakima County (48,293), and Pierce County (29,941). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Garfield County (16), Wahkiakum County (25), and Ferry County (50).
