According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races in Missouri was 65,865; and represented 1.38% of the total Missouri voting-age population.

Jackson County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Two Or More Races (15,550), followed by St. Louis County (10,062), and Clay County (4,660). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Two Or More Races voting-age population were: Worth County (5), Knox County (5), and Scotland County (6).
