According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Illinois was 258,482; and represented 2.59% of the total Illinois voting-age population.

Cook County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (144,309), followed by Kane County (17,054), and Lake County (17,054). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Gallatin County (8), Calhoun County (10), and Scott County (11).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone, Kane County had the highest percentage (4.39%), followed by Cook County (3.46%), and Kendall County (3.43%).
