According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Alabama was 18,137; and represented 0.46% of the total Alabama voting-age population.

Mobile County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2,827), followed by Madison County (1,603), and Escambia County (1,052).
