According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in California was 122,657; and represented 0.40% of the total California voting-age population.

Los Angeles County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (15,448), followed by San Diego County (10,240), and Riverside County (9,118). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Sierra County (13), Mono County (142), and Alpine County (162).
