According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in Illinois was 6,123,548; and represented 61.24% of the total Illinois voting-age population.

Cook County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (1,814,611), followed by DuPage County (482,728), and Will County (333,752). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Pulaski County (2,597), Alexander County (2,723), and Hardin County (2,819).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, Jasper County had the highest percentage (96.59%), followed by Scott County (96.56%), and Edwards County (96.55%).
