California Census 2020 Hispanic or Latino Population By County

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 15,579,652 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in California, which was 39.40% of the total population of California.

Los Angeles County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (4,804,763), followed by Riverside County (1,202,295), and San Bernardino County (1,170,913). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Alpine County (84), Sierra County (377), and Trinity County (937).
