According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 138,923 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Hawaii, which was 9.55% of the total population of Hawaii.

Honolulu County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (92,322), followed by Hawaii County (22,275), and Maui County (16,914). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Kalawao County (18), Kauai County (7,394), and Maui County (16,914).
